El gerente de Indercultura Putumayo, Fredy Alexander Romo despide ratificando su apoyo a Alejandro Solarte, Juan David Rivas y Camilo Castañeda quienes representarán a nuestra región en la edición 57 de la Vuelta de la Juventud, una importante carrera ciclística que se realizará por las carreteras de Casanare y Meta.
La carrera más importante de la temporada para la categoría Sub-23 buscará al sucesor del santandereano German Darío Gómez, último bicampeón, con varios nombres que se perfilan para ser protagonistas y pelear por el título de la presente edición. Las autoridades de la carrera establecieron que la salida y la llegada de la etapa se realice sobre la Avenida Nuevo Milenio, a la altura de la Calle 9 con Carrera 10, en el municipio de Castilla La Nueva, en el departamento del Meta.
El circuito que recorrerá las calles principales del municipio tendrá una distancia de 17.6 kilómetros, en el cuál los corredores Sub-23 deberán completar siete vueltas, para un total de 123.2 kilómetros. La salida de la carrera se realizará sobre las 8:00 de la mañana.
La actividad comenzará el domingo 21 de abril, con la realización del congresillo técnico, la revisión de licencias y confirmación de corredores.
